We couldn’t resist playing this song every year as we made our own witches brew. Luckily, we didn’t have to collect any of the crazy stuff listed in the song. Our students were perfectly happy with the dry ice and juice combination. We all took turns stirring while we sang along.
The hardest part of putting this together is tracking down dry ice, which needs to be purchased the day of the party. We’ve never had luck finding dry ice at Wal-mart. We recommend calling a few of your local grocery stores to track some down. We were lucky enough to find some at a small grocer 3 blocks from our school!
- Dry ice (we used 2 lbs)
- Soda or Juice (around 4 liters)
- Large Bowl
- Add the dry ice to the bowl (Don’t touch it! Dump it in)
- Turn on this song
- Slowly pour in the juice or soda
- Oooh and Aaaah while you stir and sing
