Make some tasty popcorn for your cooking activity to accompany When the Fly Flew In. Popcorn is a staple at our house, and this air popper gets lots of use! If you’re just not in the mood or you don’t have an air popper, microwave popcorn is a gift from the heavens, and it’s calling your name. 


  • Air popper
  • Large bowl with lid
  • Popcorn kernels
  • Butter
  • Salt


  1. Cook popcorn according to Air Popper directions
  2. Melt butter
  3. Drizzle butter over popcorn, attach the lid, and let the kids shake to combine
  4. Add salt (according to taste), attach the lid, and let the kids shake to combine
  5. Remove the lid and dive in!
