I am pretty convinced my sister’s insides are made of purely peanut butter and chocolate. Every holiday without fail there would be some foil-wrapped deliciousness with a bow and Maddie’s name on them. Once someone even bought her EVERY different kind of Reese’s they could at a grocery store. There were varieties I didn’t even know about! So in thinking about what treat to make for Silly Sally this week my mind immediately went to butter cups…PEANUT butter cups! I absolutely love these cookies and I know you will too. Oh, and if you have some extras, I know Maddie would love some!
Neddy’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the
- Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla and milk. Add flour, salt and baking soda; mix well. Shape into 40 balls and place each into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball. (THE MOST SATISFYING FEELING!!) Cool and carefully remove from pan.
